What is a data project?

A project could be any job involing your Datrm.in account, either within Datrm.in itself (importing, exporting, creating lists, filters, integrations, etc) or connected technology.

For example, a project could include building a form on your website that will send data to Datrm.in, creating a custom list with Mailchimp, or setting up an integration via Zapier.

Heck, if you have the content for an email, a project could including formatting and sending that email for you.

How will we communicate?

We have a team help desk exclusively for our Managed Support clients, as well as support documentation and live chat options. We are also always happy to schedule a call to discuss projects!

Is the Datrm.in platform included?

Yes! Each package includes a Datrm.in account with contacts based on the support level.

Basic plans include 10,000 contacts, Pro plans include 100,000 contacts, and Premium plans include a whopping 2 million.

Is there a discount for signing an annual contract?

Absolutely, and thank you for asking! Annual plans have a 20% discount versus paying month-to-month.
